We runners love our massages, especially marathon runners. Am I right? Whether it is to work out those tight muscles or just to relax as a reward for all of our hard work, I'd say massages and runners go together like
So when Massage Envy asked me to help spread the word about their Healing Hands for Arthritis event, with a massage as an incentive, I was excited to get involved!
Healing Hands for Arthritis is a one day event designed to raise funds and build awareness to fight Arthritis. On September 18th, 2013 Massage Envy Spas will donate $10 from every one hour massage or facial to the Arthritis Foundation.
So what are you waiting for? If you are looking for a good excuse to treat yourself (you know, other than that long run last weekend), then book your massage appointment at Massage Envy for September 18th and help the Arthritis Foundation.
I made my appointment for a deep tissue massage at the Colleyville, TX Massage Envy. Stay tuned for my review post and a special surprise for you.

ReplyDeleteMassage therapy is more than relaxing me-time. Studies continue to prove the physical, and emotional benefits of even a single massage therapy session. I also appreciate the impression that runners love massages, especially marathon runners. Thanks for sharing..
