I had a lot of time to think out there during nine miles and this thought crossed my mind.
When I
am running, I really feel like me. Even if it is hard, even if it
sucks, even if I have exercise-induced coughing fits (yeah, that
happens now), when I hit the pavement I become me. And when I neglect
running for too long, there is something missing and I feel like I lose a
part of myself. Running is not something that I do. It is big part of who I am.
Without further ado, I am excited to announce the winner of my Handana giveaway! I'd like to thank Handana for sponsoring this giveaway and everyone who entered.
