Throwback Thursday: Alternatives to Working Out and Eating Right

I took a break from Throwback Thursday last week in order to relaunch my blog! It was an exciting and nerve racking change, but now that it is done, I am glad that I did it. Off to bigger and better things with the new blog name.

Throwback Thursday is a chance for me to share an older post from the earlier days of this blog, that you may have missed the first time around.  I also share a self-indulgent throwback picture so that you either can tell me how cute I was when I was five, or laugh at how ridiculous my hair was when I was fifteen. Last time I went with ridiculous, so here is a cute one.

I was the Little Bo Peep and that two-headed monster back there is my sister and our neighbor. Let's just work off the assumption that it was probably Halloween.

On to the business at hand, this week's Throwback Thursday post is called

I swear, sometimes I think I write these posts in the past directly to myself in the future. I read them and it is almost like the me from six months ago is reminding me about the things I already know, the very things I need to read today. I haven't been secretive about the fact that I have fallen out of the running routine and subsequently all my pants shrunk in the wash. This post was a great reminder to me that something is always  better than nothing, and the perpetual "I'll start tomorrow" excuse is almost never effective.

I hope you will click over and read  the original post here

  1. Love the post!!!! So true and so easy to get lost in the reasons you can't workout or eat right. I find myself in that boat way to frequently.

  2. Thanks for stopping by today.

  3. Ah yes, I remember that post. Good one!
