  1. The pressure is off! I'm not the only one who has fallen off the daily planking wagon and my times shows it.

  2. I guess the objective should be your fitness not meeting some particular self imposed goal. Sounds like you do great. I know I fail with my fitness if I do not plan what I am going to do a few weeks ahead of time. It is easy for me to punt a workout if I don't have planned what I wanted to do. I get bored with every exercise or program I have done. I think that is why if I do not have to think about what I am going to do and just follow the plan and just start I do ok. Just starting is the hardest part of a work out sometimes. If I commit to nothing more than starting that helps me.
