Sometimes running can almost be more of a mental challenge than a physical one. Sometimes our legs feel OK, our lungs feel OK, but our brains are screaming "nooooooooooooooooooooooooo!" Can you relate? Here are a few tricks I use to get through those runs when my brain doesn't want to cooperate with my legs. I hope you'll click over and check it out.
